Important Notice
Since codes are digital content that is delivered immediately after purchase, your right of withdrawal expires upon delivery in accordance with Section 356(5) of the German Civil Code (BGB).
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal.
For such reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for such reimbursement.
Special Notice for Digital Content
Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have begun to perform the contract (i.e. the immediate delivery of the code) after you have:
- Expressly consented to us beginning performance before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and
- Confirmed your awareness that by giving consent to the commencement of performance, you lose your right of withdrawal.
In plain terms for code buyers:
- Codes are delivered immediately after purchase
- By purchasing, you expressly agree to immediate delivery
- You thereby waive your 14-day right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 356(5) BGB
- Returns or refunds are no longer possible after delivery
Exception: If a code is demonstrably invalid or cannot be redeemed, you may report it through our dispute system. In such cases, we will verify the code and may refund the purchase price as a goodwill gesture.
